c. Once our team approves your submission, the video will be posted on August 15, 2011, 12:00 a.m. at www.hawaiispamcan.com. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your video submission from our web team.
d. When the video is posted, you can email your friends and family to vote for you during the voting period. The public will have the chance to vote for their favorite video from Monday, August 15, 2011, 12:00 a.m. through Friday, August 19, 11:59 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time. Voting is limited to one vote per email total.
e. The top 5 videos with the highest votes will be sent to Hormel Foods for review.
f. Hormel Foods will choose the grand prizewinner within thirty (30) days of completion of the contest.

In addition, the rights granted to Hormel Foods includes, but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and otherwise alter or make use of the video.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that Hormel Foods will have no obligation to post, display, or otherwise make publically available any video submitted by you, and may in its sole and unfettered discretion remove, edit, modify, or delete any design or information it deems inappropriate, infringing or unfitting of Hormel Foods.

By entering, participants and winners agree to be bound by the Rules and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Hormel Foods, its affiliates and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, damages or loss of any kind to person or property including death which may be sustained directed or in directed in connection with participation in this contest and/or liabilities for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry in this contest or acceptance, use, misuse, non-use or possession of any prize won or in connection with any sweepstakes related activity for, participatory in travelling to and from any prize related activity or for claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property or personal rights related to cause of action. l. Videos submitted by you to Hormel Foods will be licensed to Hormel Foods. Hormel Foods will have no obligation to preserve, return or otherwise make available to you or others any videos or information so submitted.
m. By participating in the contest, you acknowledge that should you become a finalist you are expected to participate in an online contest that will be available for public viewing, rating, review and comment by the public. You understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published and Hormel Foods accepts no responsibility for such comments or ratings.
n. You understand and intend that any video or information submitted by you to Hormel Foods may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment by the public and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any video or information you submit to Hormel Foods.
o. By submitting any video or information to Hormel Foods, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such video, photos or information provide to Hormel Foods as part of the contest. p. Hormel Foods will never sell your email address, or any other personal information, to any third party.
q. In the event that a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive the prize from an online entry, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. g. Sponsor will cover the delivery cost of the prize to the winner in Hawaii. Winner must go Clear Channel Radio Hawaii to claim prize. If the winner is from a neighbor island, winner is responsible for all traveling and transportation expenses associated with picking up The Auto Moto from Oahu.
h. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and where, lawful, a Publicity Release within ten (10) days of first attempted notification as indicated by the date on the Affidavit/Release. Failure to return the required document(s) within ten (10) days may result in prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Publicity release will be included in the notification email.
i. If specified prize becomes unavailable, Hormel Foods may substitute a prize of like or equal value. Prize is not redeemable for cash.
